BARISTA MAP Coffee Roasters has been running the barista training school "SAMURAI SHIN Training School" since 2016. Direct instruction is provided by active baristas, including representative Shinsaku Miyama, who has won world championships, and the school offers a curriculum that is open to a wide range of learners, from beginners to those aspiring to become professionals.

To date, over 6,000 people have taken the course, and many of them have gone on to become award-winning baristas or open their own cafes.The course goes beyond simple technical training to raise the value of the barista profession and aims to develop human resources who will support coffee culture.
