BARISTA MAP Coffee Roasters began as a small roastery in Osaka, measuring just 6.2m². Our origins lie in providing "blissful coffee experiences and connections with people." In addition to our cafe business, where we visit coffee-producing regions around the world, carefully select specialty coffee beans, roast them in-house, and serve them with the perfect extraction, we also cater to a wide range of needs, including wholesale to restaurants and businesses, and the development of original blends.

In addition, we operate an experiential barista training school that has seen over 6,000 people attend, nurturing the next generation through education and training by award-winning professional baristas.We are also expanding the possibilities of coffee by revitalizing local communities and taking on new business ventures.

The flagship store opened in Shinsaibashi, Osaka (2-18-12 Nishishinsaibashi) on April 25, 2025. The store evolved from a 6.5m2 coffee stand originally started by CEO Shinsaku Miyama, and is a new base that combines Japanese culture and coffee.

This 6.2m² hideaway coffee stand is located just a short walk from Nihonbashi Station. It's open only during the day on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, and serves authentic coffee that showcases the barista's skill. Though the space is small, it's loved by locals and coffee lovers as a warm place where people can connect with coffee.

This new style coffee shop opened in the Tanimachi 6-chome area of Osaka. It offers a unique experience through the combination of "rice balls and coffee." It is gaining attention as a place where you can enjoy not only coffee drinks but also food rooted in Japanese culture.
