This class provides practical training in extraction theory, equipment usage, and pouring control, in addition to fundamental knowledge of coffee beans and processing methods. By understanding the balance between beans and water and being able to create optimal recipes, you will experience the depth of hand drip coffee.

 

■ Information on Taking the Course

BARISTA MAP Coffee Roasters' school welcomes participants of all levels, from beginners to intermediate and advanced. For all classes, we conduct counseling before the course to tailor the lessons to each student's situation and objectives.

  • Location: Inside BARISTA MAP Coffee Roasters store
  • Address: 2-18-12 Nishishinsaibashi, Chuo-ku, Osaka-shi, Osaka 542-0086
  • What to bring: Nothing in particular. Please feel free to come empty-handed.
  • This lesson is a small-group class limited to a maximum of 2 people. You can participate alone or with one other person. Please purchase lessons for the number of participants.
  • Cancellation Policy: The following cancellation fees will apply depending on the period before the school start date:
    10 days before reservation: 50% | 7 days before reservation: 75% | 6 days before reservation to the day of: 100%
